About Event

SPANDAN is the annual college fest of JIPMER, Puducherry and is set to be hosted in the last week of August (26th August - 1st September). This seven day extravaganza will include sports, cultural and literary events as well as shows by popular entertainers.

What Spandan offers:
• Largest and oldest medical college fest in South India; second largest in India
• Annual attendance of 3000+ and a social media following of 11,000+
• Concerts by performers such as Benny Dayal, Local Train, Shivamani, Vijay Prakash, Kaartik,
etc.

• ‘La Lutte’ – The Annual Inter-College Medical Quiz
• Extensive physical and digital advertising opportunities with 24/7 social media wall, video advertisements, announcements and curated sponsorship packages

Our motto for this year is “HEALTH FOR ALL: Widening The Umbrella of JIPMER Health Care” which is geared towards early screening and treatment of preventable diseases in a network of nearby villages, orphanages and government schools.
